### GLN - Reduced data retention on GLN Document Exchange - June 4, 2024

Dear GLN User,

As of today, June 4, 2024, the data retention period on the GLN Document Exchange is being _gradually_ reduced from 180 days to 123 days (i.e. 3 full rolling months).

Technically speaking: this impacts tracking, documents, trn_stats, bizkey, and all related GUI apps like Track & Trace. The date-chooser dropdown in Track and Trace will be adapted with the 24.06 release.

The correlations table will remain unchanged at 366 days.
