Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised on Sun, 26 Oct, 2025 from 12:00 GMT - 16:00 GMT, Descartes Systems Group will be conducting maintenance to enhance our network infrastructure.

Please be aware that there will be a brief interruption of service (5-15 min) for direct connections including VAN interconnects where your partners may reside.

Incidents can be raised during this maintenance period via the Descartes Customer Portal or by emailing ServiceDesk@descartes.com.
