The digipostpro is a simple depot-based solution to collect tachograph data and send it directly to [SmartAnalysis](https://smartcompliance.descartes.com/solutions/smartanalysis-tachograph-analysis-software/) (or other tachograph analysis provider) for analysis and reporting. The 4G version of digipostpro requires a [SIM card](https://smartcompliance.descartes.com/product/data-sim-for-use-with-digipostpro/).

The digipostpro allows you to download digital tachograph driver card data and vehicle unit (VU) tachograph data without complex IT infrastructure or support. It is a standalone box and only needs a SIM card to connect to a mobile network. The digipostpro has a built-in digital tachograph driver card reader allowing you to download driver cards and it comes with a digivu to download VU data quickly and efficiently. The data is then sent directly over a mobile 4G network to [SmartAnalysis](https://smartcompliance.descartes.com/solutions/smartanalysis-tachograph-analysis-software/) (or other tachograph analysis provider) for analysis and reporting.
